Eau de toilette, with around 10% concentration, is light enough for everyday use. Even softer is eau fraîche, a refreshing choice with up to 7% fragrance concentration.

Start by thinking about the scents you naturally enjoy in everyday life—this often leads you toward a fragrance family that fits your taste. Test fragrances on your skin by applying a small amount to your wrist or inner elbow so your body heat can reveal the full range of notes.
