This Refund and Returns Policy applies to all purchases made through perfumescosmeticsshop.com, operated by Printiux USA LLC, a company based in Michigan, United States. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided that the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used fragrances and cosmetic products are not eligible for return, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
To initiate a return, customers must contact us at sales@perfumescosmeticsshop.com to receive return instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please keep the product and all original packaging materials for at least 14 days, as the shipping carrier may require inspection or pickup.
Once the carrier damage claim is approved, we will either issue a replacement or process a full refund, including the cost of the product and applicable shipping charges.
Missing Packages
If a package appears as delivered but has not been received, customers must notify us within 3 days of the delivery date. A carrier investigation may take up to 8 business days.
If the claim is approved, we will reship the order at no additional cost. Customers who prefer immediate delivery may place a new order; the original order will be refunded once the carrier claim is resolved.
Claims do not cover orders with incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
Undeliverable or Returned Shipments
If a package is returned to us due to refusal, failed delivery attempts, or signature issues, we will issue a refund for the product cost only. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method used at checkout. Refunds are typically completed within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.
Carrier Fees
Customers are responsible for any additional carrier fees resulting from address corrections, redirection requests, or failed delivery attempts.
