At Perfumes Cosmetics Shop, a brand of Printiux USA LLC, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help. This policy outlines the conditions and procedures for returns and refunds.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. It must also be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. Items that are opened, used, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Non-returnable items include:
•Gift cards
•Downloadable software products
•Some health and personal care items (e.g., opened cosmetics due to hygiene reasons)
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at sales@perfumescosmeticsshop.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to send your item back.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please note that it may take some time before your refund is officially posted by your bank or credit card company.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@perfumescosmeticsshop.com and our team will guide you through the process.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at sales@perfumescosmeticsshop.com with details of the product and the defect. We will provide instructions on how to return the item and will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs if applicable.
6. Shipping Address for Returns
Once you receive your RMA number, our customer service team will provide you with the correct return shipping address. Please ensure to follow the instructions carefully to avoid delays in processing your return.
