Shipping & Delivery Information

Shipping Costs:

• Standard Ground Shipping: $6 for the first item and $1 for each additional item in your order.
• The shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout based on the total number of items in your cart.

Delivery Times:

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST are typically shipped the same day.
• Ground shipping: 2–6 business days.
• 2-Day Air Shipping: delivered in 2 business days.
• Next Day Saver / Express Shipping: delivered the next business day.

Delayed Shipments:

• If a 2-Day Air or Next Day Saver shipment is delayed, please notify us. We will submit a claim to the carrier for a shipping refund.
• If the claim is approved, we will refund the shipping portion of the order.
• The carrier’s decision is final.

Additional Information:

• Shipping charges are based on the total number of items in the order, not the weight.
• Any carrier fees for address corrections or redirection are the responsibility of the customer.
