We work with established and reputable carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on the selected shipping method and destination. Carrier selection is handled automatically to provide the most efficient delivery option for each order.
Shipping Costs
Standard Ground Shipping is priced at $6 for the first item and $1 for each additional item within the same order. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the total number of items in the shopping cart.
Order Processing Time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST are typically processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after this time, during weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times begin once the order has been shipped and handed over to the carrier:
• Ground Shipping: 2–6 business days
• 2-Day Air Shipping: Delivered within 2 business days
• Next Day Saver / Express Shipping: Delivered the next business day
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions, carrier delays, or high-demand shipping periods.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. This allows you to monitor the status and progress of your delivery directly through the carrier’s tracking system.
Delayed, Lost, or Missing Shipments
If an order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, customers are encouraged to contact us so we can investigate the issue. In cases where a shipment is confirmed as lost or undelivered by the carrier, we will work directly with the carrier on your behalf to reach a resolution.
Depending on the outcome of the carrier’s investigation, we may offer a replacement shipment or a refund in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy. Our priority is to ensure that customers receive either their purchased products or an appropriate resolution.
Shipping Refunds
For expedited shipping services such as 2-Day Air or Next Day Saver, if a delivery delay is confirmed by the carrier, we will submit a shipping refund request when applicable. Approved refunds apply exclusively to the shipping cost and are subject to the carrier’s policies.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Any carrier fees incurred due to address corrections, failed deliveries, or redirection requests may be charged to the customer.
